About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Account Manager to join our team in London. As a TAM, you will work closely with our customers to understand their technical challenges and provide solutions that drive value and growth.

You will be responsible for providing proactive technical consultation to key customers, working closely with our internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, and driving customer retention through effective issue resolution and account management.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong technical background, excellent customer-facing skills, and the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
