Job Summary: Hygiene Operations Coordinator

Indepth Hygiene Services is a leading provider of water hygiene services across the Midlands - South region. We are now seeking a highly skilled Hygiene Operations Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of water hygiene across our client sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of our field-based teams, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard and that our clients receive exceptional service. This will include conducting site visits to monitor and test water systems, providing advice and recommendations to clients on maintaining water hygiene, and participating in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry best practices and regulations.

This is a full-time, field-based role with regular travel to client sites across the Midlands - South region. The successful candidate will have a strong background in water hygiene and Legionella risk management, with certification in L8. Additional certifications such as City and Guilds or similar water industry certifications are desirable. The estimated salary for this position is around £42,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes a competitive benefits package including pension, healthcare, and opportunities for professional development.
