About the Position

We are currently seeking an administrative professional to join our team at United Living Infrastructure Services.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team delivering major infrastructure construction projects across the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Support Project Teams: Provide administrative support to project teams to ensure efficient and effective project control and management.
  • Communications and Documentation: Assist with project external and internal communications, as well as the preparation of marketing materials.
  • Office Administration: Maintain routine office functions, including quality assurance, monthly reporting, and health and safety compliance.
Requirements
  • Background: 1+ years' experience in an office administration role.
  • Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, diary management, planning, and coordination expertise.
  • Data Management: Highly computer literate, able to manage and work with data confidently.

The expected annual remuneration for this position is approximately £27,500 - £32,500, based on experience. The role is situated at our head office in Lingley Mere, Warrington.
