Reception and Administration Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Reception and Administration Coordinator to join our team at Clatterbridge Diagnostics Centre. As the primary point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception duties, including registration of patients and issuing patient preparations as necessary.
- Completion of required documentation and computer records.
- Taking telephone calls and following up inquiries from patients, clinics, wards, and General Practitioners.
- Contacting patients via telephone to make and confirm appointments.
- Supporting other members of clerical staff to cover sickness, annual leave, etc.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have previous customer service experience and be proficient in using computer systems.
