We are seeking a skilled Clinical Administrator to join our team at the Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum.

Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to clinical teams, including reception duties and registration of patients.
- Ensure accurate completion of documentation and computer records, adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
- Handle telephone inquiries and respond to patient queries, providing timely and empathetic communication.
- Contact patients to schedule appointments and confirm bookings.
- Assist with clerical tasks, such as typing reports and maintaining files.
- Support other administrative staff during periods of absence or leave.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and administration, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
