Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Deputy Ward Manager to join our Male HDU Rehab Ward team at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our ward.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for male HDU rehab and a commitment to working within a multi-professional team. You will possess excellent communication, risk assessment, and care planning skills, with a focus on supporting patients and promoting their well-being.
