Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team as a Deputy Ward Manager. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to extend your skill base in clinical leadership and ward/site management, while making a positive impact on the lives of our service users.
Main Responsibilities
As a Deputy Ward Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Ward Manager in the provision of clinical leadership, driving up and maintaining quality care, and being a positive clinical role model. You will also be involved in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based care required for our service users.

Person Specification
We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience at Band 5, preferably in secure care, PICU, or acute mental health care. You should have a strong understanding of the Care Programme Approach and current adult and child safeguarding legislation. A Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification (Part 3 or 13) is essential.
