Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Support Worker to join our team at Redhill Academy Trust. The successful candidate will work closely with students, developing personalized care plans to enhance their daily lives.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position requiring 31.25 hours per week, on a maternity cover basis, with term-time only working arrangements.
  • The ideal candidate will be required to start in February 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with students to design and implement tailored personal care programs.
  2. Develop strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and support.
