Care and Support Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Care and Support Specialist to join our team at Visiting Angels Nottingham. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care services to clients, working closely with caregivers, and ensuring the well-being of our clients.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time permanent position.
  • The salary range is £22,000-£25,000 per year.
  • You will be required to work 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
  • A valid UK work authorization is necessary for this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality care services to clients, including administering medication and assisting with daily living activities.
  2. Work closely with caregivers to ensure their needs are met and provide feedback on their performance.
  3. Manage client records and communicate with families regarding care updates.
  4. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new care programs.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in care coordination or a related field is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • A comfortable commute to Radcliffe-on-Trent is essential.
