Key Responsibilities

This role offers the opportunity to gain a Chartered Institute of Housing qualification – Level 3, and involves estate management functions such as resident engagement, planned block inspections, viewings, estate inspections, low-level anti-social behaviour, and general tenancy management functions.

  • Study for a level 3 in Housing Practice, with comprehensive training provided.
About the Position

This is a fixed-term trainee contract lasting 18 months, including the completion of the CIH qualification.

After completing your training, you will have a comprehensive understanding of the Council's housing management service.
