Financial Services Administrator

TPF Recruitment is seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join a chartered accountants firm in Ashford. This role offers a competitive salary, pension, holiday, and parking benefits.
The ideal candidate will have AAT qualifications or experience with at least 3 years in practice. Experience with accounting software like Iris, Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero is advantageous.
This position involves year-end accounts, bookkeeping, tax computations, and returns for a varied portfolio of clients across Kent. The successful candidate will also support clients with queries and ad hoc project work, as well as mentor trainees and assist with their queries.
Key Responsibilities:- Year-end accounts preparation and submission
- Bookkeeping and VAT services for clients
- Tax computations and return submissions
- AAT qualified or studying, or ACCA/ACA qualified by experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in practice
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Iris, Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero
Negotiable salary dependent on experience and background
