Senior Care Manager

This role is for a Senior Care Manager to lead and supervise our Carers and Senior Carers in an NHS care home. The successful candidate will have senior-level care experience, have supervised others, and have a good understanding of providing clinical care for older people.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Care Manager will be responsible for making sure individual care plans are followed, ensuring each resident has lots of quality one-to-one time, and leading by example to create a safe, reassuring and happy environment. They will also record observations on things like weight and blood pressure, and carry out simple wound dressing procedures as required.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In return, we offer a supportive culture that empowers our people to put our residents and their families first.
About You- You'll need a Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, plus a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification.
A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be required for this role.
