Job Summary:
  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Optician to lead our team at Specsavers in Stone. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success as a Dispensing Optician, with experience managing teams and delivering exceptional patient care.

  About the Role:
  As a Senior Optician at Specsavers in Stone, you will be responsible for managing our dispensing opticians, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient outcomes. You will work closely with the store manager to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. Your strong leadership skills and ability to motivate your team will be essential in achieving these goals.

  What We Offer:
  As a Senior Optician at Specsavers in Stone, you can expect a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. In addition to your basic salary, you will also receive a performance-related bonus scheme, holiday allowance of 33 days per year, and pension contribution.
