As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users, promoting their independence, and enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred care and support to adults with autism and learning disabilities
- Support service users with their daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
- Encourage and facilitate participation in activities and hobbies to promote social interaction and community engagement
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive living environment
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
- Experience in care and support work, preferably in a residential setting
- Driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work a rota pattern, including full day shifts and sleep-in shifts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
