About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Bright Futures Care Ltd in Hale Village. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to adults with autism and learning disabilities.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users, promoting their independence, and enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to adults with autism and learning disabilities
  • Support service users with their daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Encourage and facilitate participation in activities and hobbies to promote social interaction and community engagement
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
Requirements
  • Experience in care and support work, preferably in a residential setting
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
