We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Worker to join our team in Runcorn, Cheshire. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalised support to service users with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behavior.


This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that challenges and encourages personal and professional development. Creative Support has obtained Investors in People Gold status, and you will receive ongoing training as part of your role.


As a Support Worker, you will have experience working with people with complex health needs, although experience working with people with learning disabilities is not essential. Full training will be provided, and you will have the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.

  • Providing personalised support to service users with complex needs

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
