We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client's prestigious law firm in Preston. The Role

This position is available at their office in Preston and is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, landlord-tenant relationships, financing, and residential conveyancing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in commercial property law and regulations
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the commercial property team

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-6 years PQE in commercial property law
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
