About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join our esteemed law firm in Preston. The firm has built an impressive reputation across Northern England, known for its exceptional client service and high-quality results in both the commercial and private sectors. To support its growth strategy, the firm is seeking to hire an additional Commercial Property Solicitor (3-6 PQE) to strengthen the existing Commercial Property team.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse clientele and be part of a team that provides exceptional legal services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, landlord-tenant relationships, financing, and residential conveyancing activities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-6 years PQE and possess strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail. They will also have excellent organisation and time-management skills, as well as professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts.

The Benefits

We offer a competitive basic salary up to £60,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, flexible and hybrid working, company pension, ongoing training and development, clear progression opportunities, and a supportive working environment.

Requirements
  • A Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3-6 years PQE
  • Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
  • Experienced in managing commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, landlord-tenant relationships, financing, and residential conveyancing activities
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
