About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join our esteemed law firm in Preston. This is an excellent chance to become part of a respected, contemporary, and vibrant law firm that is experiencing growth and seeks to enhance its office network by expanding its commercial property team.

The firm has built an impressive reputation across Northern England, known for its exceptional client service and high-quality results in both the commercial and private sectors. To support its growth strategy, the firm is seeking to hire an additional Commercial Property Solicitor (3-6 PQE) to strengthen the existing Commercial Property team.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse clientele and be part of a team that provides exceptional legal services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, landlord-tenant relationships, financing, and residential conveyancing activities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-6 years PQE and possess excellent legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail. They will also have the ability to work well as part of a team and on their own initiative, with strong organisation and time-management skills.

Requirements
  • A Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3-6 years PQE
  • Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
  • Experienced in managing commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, landlord-tenant relationships, financing, and residential conveyancing activities
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
