About the Role:

Napthens LLP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our Real Estate Department in Preston.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of commercial property transactions, including land acquisition and disposal, development, and secured lending.
  • Work closely with our Corporate Team to provide corporate support and panel work.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including Northwest operators and SME entrepreneurs.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our Commercial Property offering across Lancashire.
