About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team at William James Recruitment. This is an excellent chance to become part of a respected, contemporary, and vibrant law firm that is experiencing growth and seeks to enhance its office network by expanding its commercial property team.

The Role

This position is available for a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3-6 years PQE to strengthen the existing Commercial Property team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, landlord-tenant relationships, financing, and residential conveyancing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions
  • Work closely with the existing Commercial Property team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional legal services to a diverse clientele
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the commercial property team

The Ideal Candidate

  • A Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3-6 years PQE
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
