Job Description:

The Store Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and success in our Chelmsford store. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of sales associates to deliver sales targets and excellent customer service
  • Implementing visual merchandising standards and maintaining a visually appealing store environment
  • Managing stock levels, inventory, and ordering processes

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
