Job Description:
The Store Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and success in our Chelmsford store. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of sales associates to deliver sales targets and excellent customer service
- Implementing visual merchandising standards and maintaining a visually appealing store environment
- Managing stock levels, inventory, and ordering processes
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
