Senior Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Finance to join our Senior Leadership Group and take on a key role in driving the financial performance of CHP. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior finance professional to make a real impact and contribute to the success of our organisation.

Role Highlights
  • £90,000 per annum salary, with additional benefits including learning and development opportunities, healthcare cash plan, robust employee reward and recognition programme, free and confidential Employee Assistance Programme, CHParticipate volunteering programme, competitive pension scheme, 25 days annual leave per annum, plus bank holidays, 3 extra days between Christmas and New Year and 1 wellbeing day per annum, and 37 hours per week with flexible working options.
  • Leadership role in the finance function, with responsibility for leading the Financial Accounting, Finance Business Partnering, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Treasury teams.
  • Opportunity to develop and implement financial strategies that align with CHP's overall business objectives, ensuring financial stability and growth.
About the Job

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of technical expertise, leadership skills and business acumen. You will be responsible for providing financial leadership and guidance to the Executive Management Team and ensuring that CHP's financial performance is aligned with its strategic objectives.

What You'll Need
  • Relevant CCAB ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification, with significant post-qualification experience.
  • Strong understanding of monetary markets, business investment management, and financing strategies.
  • Proven ability to engage with management and influence decision-making in CHP directorates and with the Board and Executive Team.
  • Extensive experience in preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, financial statements, and complex financial forecasting models.
