As an Accounts Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our accounting team, ensuring accurate financial records, and making informed decisions to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor junior accountants to develop their skills and knowledge
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or a related field
- Proven track record of leadership and supervisory experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
