Job Title: Regional Team Manager

At Centaur Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Team Manager to join our team. As a Regional Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of transport professionals to ensure the effective and compliant running of our UK transport operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operational activity to meet customer and cost demands
  • Ensure SLA's and KPI's are met and/or exceeded
  • Hold an international or national CPC and be named on the relevant o license
  • Visit UK locations on a routine basis to ensure requirements are fully met
  • Lead a team of transport professionals to achieve operational excellence
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with MHRA regulations, GDP regulations, GDPR requirements, and driving laws
Requirements:
  • Transport Manager CPC holder (essential)
  • Regular travel to other sites owned or associated with MWI as required
  • A people person – a desire to grow and develop individuals
  • Organized and structured in their work
  • Good time management skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Knowledge of driver's hours and of maintenance compliance
  • Proficient with MS packages
