Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Team Manager to join our team at Centaur Services. As a key member of our transport department, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and ensuring the effective and compliant running of our UK transport operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operational activity to meet customer and cost demands, ensuring SLA's and KPI's are met and/or exceeded.
  • Hold the responsibility to visit UK locations on a routine basis ensuring requirements are fully met.
  • Lead a team of professionals, motivating and developing individuals to work to the highest professional standards.
  • Make sound judgement calls and implement continuous improvement initiatives in a controlled, measured and clearly communicated way.
  • Collaborate with other functions and departments, at all levels, to achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • Regular travel to other sites owned or associated with MWI as required.
  • A people person, with a desire to grow and develop individuals.
  • Organized and structured in their work.
  • Knowledge of driver's hours and of maintenance compliance.
  • Proficient with MS packages.
