The Role

We're seeking a skilled Regional Marketing Manager to execute our National Marketing strategy within their region. As a local marketing expert, you'll identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and develop innovative strategies to drive brand growth. This role requires a proven track record in marketing, autonomy, and a creative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a tailored marketing strategy for your region, aligning with national objectives.
  • Identify local marketing opportunities and recommend regional activations to the UK Marketing Director.
  • Stay up-to-date on local competitors and market trends to ensure effective brand positioning.
  • Ensure all in-venue marketing collateral is current and report any inconsistencies to the UK Marketing Director.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success and ROI of marketing strategies within your region.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and venue Sales and Events Managers to maximize brand exposure and venue performance.
  • Contribute to the venue launch strategy team, developing local network relationships and raising brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar regional marketing role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in creating and executing regional marketing campaigns.
  • Data and insight-centric with the ability to report confidentially and accurately on ROI and performance targets.
  • Experience in working in a regional role, comfortable with regular travel, and managing marketing activities for multi-site locations.
  • A confident self-starter with a creative and analytical mindset.
  • Experience with Meta, GA4, Canva, DesignMyNight, and Powerbi.
  • Experience in budget management.
