The Role

We're seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team, reporting directly to our UK Marketing Director. As a local marketing expert, you'll be responsible for executing our National Marketing strategy within your region. You'll identify local marketing opportunities, evaluate marketing performance, and develop innovative strategies to drive brand growth.

This role requires a proven track record in a similar marketing role, with the ability to work autonomously and think creatively. You'll have a thorough knowledge of local competitors and market trends to ensure effective brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute a tailored marketing strategy for your region, aligning with our national team objectives.
  • Identify localised marketing opportunities and develop innovative strategies to drive brand growth.
  • Ensure all in-venue marketing collateral is up to date and report any inconsistencies to our UK Marketing Director.
  • Responsible for marketing reporting for your region, evaluating the success and return on investment of marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with our Business Development Manager and venue Sales and Events Managers to ensure sales and marketing alignment.
  • Own the insights and city research for your region, developing local network relationships and raising brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with our central marketing team to cascade the national strategy and provide insights and ideas on a local level.
Requirements
  • Experience from a similar regional role within the hospitality industry.
  • Experience creating and executing regional marketing campaigns that align with our national marketing strategy.
  • Data and insight-centric with the ability to report confidentially and accurately on ROI and performance targets.
  • Experience working in a regional role and comfortable with regular travel and managing marketing activities for multi-site locations.
  • A confident self-starter with a creative and analytical mindset.
  • Experience with Meta, GA4, Canva, DesignMyNight, and Powerbi.
  • Experience of budget management from a previous role.
