We are looking for a skilled Computer Hardware Technician to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients across the UK, performing hardware repairs, and managing inventory levels.

About the Job

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £51, with opportunities for overtime. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in computer hardware and software, excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently.

Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities
  • Providing technical support to clients across the UK, including on-site visits.
  • Performing hardware repairs, including complex laptop break/fix repairs, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Managing inventory levels and performing stock replenishments as necessary.
  • Liaising with vendors to obtain parts and returns.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years+ experience in a PC field service environment or PC field workshop environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware and software.
