Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our team members, ensuring that they have access to the resources they need to perform their jobs effectively. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and maintaining IT documentation. Key responsibilities will include providing first line support to all end users, assisting with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting end user desktop, laptops, printers, and tech equipment, and responsible for monitoring and maintaining IT documentation. You will work under the guidance of the IT Manager to provide assistance with computer network and associated hardware and software support, and will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining IT documentation.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 2 years of prior experience within IT Support, knowledge and understanding of e-mail, internet systems, anti-virus, installing and maintaining audio and visual systems. You should also have experience administrating a Microsoft 365 Cloud environment, supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11 endpoints. Additionally, you will need the ability to work as part of a team with a willingness to learn new IT skills, passion for computers and technology, ability to multitask and prioritize workload, and adapt to new processes and procedures in a fast-paced environment.
