Job Description:

MRP-Global seeks a Laboratory Hardware Engineer to provide expert technical support for laboratory equipment and computer systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and experience working in a laboratory or pharmaceutical setting.

This is a 12 month+ contract with opportunities for long-term engagement. A competitive salary is offered.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solutions to hardware and software issues
  • Collaborate with vendors to develop customised solutions
  • Manage hardware inventory and perform asset disposal
  • Provide technical guidance to laboratory staff

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience working with laboratory equipment and computer systems
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles

Salary Range: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
