Job Description

A Desktop Hardware Technician position is available in our London office. This role involves providing technical support for PC and Apple hardware and software.

  • Installation and maintenance of computer systems, including peripherals.
  • Respond to calls and emails regarding workstation performance and use requests.
  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues with computer systems, recommending corrective solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10 and 11).
  • Knowledge of basic networking and connectivity concepts.

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 per annum.

This role requires a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
