ZipRecruiter is seeking an experienced Computer Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in administering computer systems and applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining Active Directory, Group Policy, and Intune environments, as well as supporting Microsoft Office Suite, O365, and the firm's document management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support for all users, including telephone and desk-side support, troubleshooting general problems, and answering queries from staff.
  2. Configure and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, and Intune environments.
  3. Support Microsoft Office Suite, O365, and the firm's document management system.
  4. Day-to-day user account setup and administration, following security procedures when importing and exporting data.
  5. Assist the Head of IT with business projects, such as implementing new technologies and improving existing processes.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, O365, with excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in day-to-day administration of Active Directory (creating accounts, knowledge of group membership etc.).
  • Basic networking experience - patching, knowledge of DNS/DHCP.
  • Proficient in Desktop and Laptop PC hardware and software (Windows updates, Anti-Virus etc.) maintenance, as well as building/imaging PCs.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £80,000 per annum.
