Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Homecare Team Lead to join our team at Cera Homecare. As a Field Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of care workers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients. Your primary goal will be to improve the quality of care provided to our clients and achieve excellent customer satisfaction ratings.

About the Role:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of care workers to ensure they meet the required standards of care.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, including health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as nursing, social work, or healthcare management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Salary Range: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
