Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and leading our care services team, ensuring that we deliver exceptional care to our clients while driving business growth and excellence.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our care services, including managing staff and resources.
  2. Developing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  3. Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.
  5. Identifying opportunities for business growth and developing strategies to achieve them.
  6. Fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork within the organization.

Requirements:
  1. A Level 5 NVQ in health and social care or a degree in a relevant area of study (or working towards).
  2. Proven experience in a similar role within the homecare sector, with a track record of delivering high-quality care services.
  3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  5. Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in domiciliary care.
  6. A passion for delivering person-centred care and improving the lives of others.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus performance bonuses and shares in the company.
