About the Role
Alcedo Care is looking for a skilled and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly motivated and dynamic team who are passionate about delivering exceptional care.
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising care services, undertaking spot checks on care workers, and providing care in accordance with current best practices. You will also be required to work on-call duties, assist with business development, and participate in customer service reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising care services and ensuring high-quality care is delivered to our customers
- Undertaking spot checks on care workers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Providing care in accordance with current best practices and company policies
- Working on-call duties to support the team and ensure 24/7 support for our customers
- Assisting with business development and helping to grow the company
- Participating in customer service reviews to ensure high-quality service is delivered
Requirements
- Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Hold an NVQ Level 3 and have a minimum of 6 months' experience in a care setting
- Be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers
- Be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
- Be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
