We are seeking an exceptional dual-registered manager to lead our three EBD children's homes in the Wigan area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance across all three homes.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of staff to deliver high-quality care services.
  • Maintain and improve the quality of care, with a focus on achieving outstanding Ofsted ratings.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including those set by Ofsted.
  • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
