Homecare Assistant

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Wigan, providing vital care and support to individuals in their own homes. As a Support Worker with Alcedo Care, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while working with a reputable and award-winning care provider.
The successful candidate will have the chance to work a 30-hour shift pattern on weekends only, earning a competitive hourly rate of £13.50, plus benefits such as pension and holiday pay. You will also receive mileage contribution of 30p per mile, participate in our 12-week buddy scheme, and enjoy flexible working hours.
No experience is required, as full training will be provided. To qualify, candidates must be at least 18 years old, hold a full UK driver's licence, and have access to their own vehicle. Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with other care team members to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care plans.
- Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Hold a full UK driver's licence and have access to own vehicle.
