About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Homecare Specialist to join our team at Routes Healthcare (North) Careers. As a Care Assistant-Driver with own vehicle, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.

As a Homecare Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with their unique needs and requirements. You will be expected to develop strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that they receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide homecare services to clients in Withington and surrounding areas.
  • To work closely with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to understand their needs and preferences.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • To maintain accurate records of client interactions and care provided.
  • To participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to travel to various locations within the designated area.
