Cost Management Specialist

Are you a motivated and organized individual with a passion for cost management? Do you have a keen eye for detail and exceptional analytical skills?
As an Infrastructure Cost Manager at Turner & Townsend Group, you will play a vital role in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects by providing accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting within budget.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with client and contractor teams to manage project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives
- Ensuring that contracts are administered according to project objectives and policies
- Proactively monitoring and managing cost variance and contract cash flow
We expect our ideal candidate to have:
- Expertise in contract management (NEC3, Option C)
- Strong understanding of the construction industry
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data accurately
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £70,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
