Infrastructure Cost Manager

The Turner & Townsend Group is seeking Quantity Surveyors to work on industry-leading infrastructure projects in Manchester, supporting major global clients with ambitious and technical projects. We support hybrid working and consider part-time applications.
- We administer contracts according to project objectives and policies, ensuring that our clients' needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Prominent skills required for this role include contract management (NEC3, Option C preferred), administering contracts, managing contract change effectively, and proactive monitoring and management of cost variance and contract cash flow.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, be able to interpret financial data accurately, and have a strong understanding of construction law.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
