About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Customer Support Manager and Office Operations Supervisor at Gilson. This role will be responsible for overseeing the customer support teams in the UK and The Netherlands, ensuring excellent customer service delivery and effective office management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the customer support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Oversee the quote and order entry processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Organize and coordinate support to the ALH and MLH Service teams, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Interact with customers to resolve inquiries and provide support, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Support local inventory planning and management, working closely with Sales and EU planning functions.
  • Lead the implementation of European projects, ensuring successful rollout and adoption.
  • Manage office operations, including safety, security, maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with budget and financial regulations, approving expenses and managing contracts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service and office management.
  • Proven people management experience, with a focus on leadership and team development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to converse in English and Dutch.
  • Proficient in ERP and CRM systems, with working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work well with others, build relationships, and drive results-oriented teams.
