We are seeking a proficient Administrative Operations Supervisor to become a vital part of our dedicated team at our contact center.

This position is ideal for a seasoned administrator who will take charge of overseeing the administrative team to guarantee efficient operations within the division. Your primary responsibilities will include allocating tasks to the administrative personnel according to their expertise and workload, producing valuable data and reports, and pinpointing training requirements for the team.

This role requires outstanding organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication with both clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the administrative team, assign tasks, and monitor team workload
  • Assist the Operations Manager in identifying team training requirements
  • Oversee facilities management and liaise with contractors and the internal premises department
  • Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries from Connells Group staff
  • Deliver professional customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Collaborate with the branch network to evaluate outcomes of market assessments
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including performance metrics and KPIs
  • Achieve outstanding performance results, consistently exceeding targets
  • Ensure departmental objectives are met or surpassed
  • Respond to all inquiries within established service level agreements
  • Comply with company and departmental policies
  • Perform any other assigned responsibilities

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a senior administrative position
  • Ability to thrive under pressure to meet demanding targets and deadlines
  • Familiarity with service level agreements

  • Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
