We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team. As a permanent member of staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining patient safety, undertaking assessments, and promoting best practices within the ward.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure patient safety is maintained.
- Undertake assessment, planning, and evaluation of patients.
- Promote a culture of demonstrable best practice and integrated evidence-based practice.
- Provide clinical advice, support, and education to professions/staff and patients.
- Work collaboratively and co-operatively with clinical colleagues within the ward.
In addition to your clinical duties, you will be expected to participate in the management of ward resources and contribute to the development of the service as part of the strategic/business planning process.
