About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our service users in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily tasks and activities.
  • Administer medication and assist with clinical interventions as required.
  • Build positive relationships with service users and their families, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care services.

Requirements:

  • 3 months' previous care experience, with a focus on complex care.
  • Medication administration and personal care skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
