Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our service users in their own homes.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, providing person-centered care to individuals with complex needs. You will be responsible for delivering a range of care services, including personal care, medication administration, and clinical interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to service users, promoting independence and dignity at all times.
  • Administer medication and perform clinical interventions as required.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Support service users with daily tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • 3 months' previous care experience, preferably in a complex care setting.
  • Medication administration training and experience.
  • Personal care skills, including moving and handling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
