Job Title: Technology Support Engineer – EMEA – IT

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Support Engineer to join our team at Integral UK Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Administer network user rights and permissions
  • Manage IT equipment inventory and license status
  • Support Microsoft Office 2013, 2016, O365, and Active Directory
  • Install, set up, and administer Windows 10 computers in a network environment
  • Act as the local 'intelligent hands' in support of other support operations
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable technical experience in supporting desktop hardware and software
  • Understanding of Microsoft operating system environments (including O365 suite and Windows 10)
  • Good awareness of licensing requirements for hardware and software
  • Sound problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written business English
The Ideal Candidate:
  • A self-motivated individual with a clear understanding of service and service delivery
  • Someone who takes ownership and stays with it until full resolution has been tested and verified
  • A good communicator with empathy for users, particularly those non-versed in 'IT speak'
  • Calm, positive, and resourceful, especially when under pressure
  • Happy to work to completion/resolution rather than the clock
