Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients across EMEA, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide face-to-face, telephone, and email support to clients
  • Troubleshoot Windows PC hardware and software faults remotely
  • Administer network user rights and permissions
  • Manage IT equipment inventory and monitor license status
  • Support MS Office 2013, 2016, O365, and Active Directory
  • Install, set up, and administer Windows 10 computers in a network environment
  • Act as the local 'intelligent hands' in support of other support operations
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable technical experience in supporting desktop hardware and software
  • Understanding of Microsoft operating system environments (including O365 suite and Windows 10)
  • Good awareness of licensing requirements for hardware and software
  • Sound problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills
The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a clear understanding of service and service delivery. The successful candidate will be able to take ownership of tasks, work independently, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

They will be a good communicator with empathy for users, particularly those non-versed in 'IT speak.' The ideal candidate will be calm, positive, and resourceful, especially when under pressure, with a mindset focused on quality.

They will be happy to work to completion/resolution rather than the clock and take ownership and follow up on tasks.

The successful candidate will be a disciplined individual who is diligent in going about and reporting the activities of the working day.

They will have sufficient presence to coordinate and drive other support towers to deliver lasting solutions.

They will be a consistent and solid team player committed to their work and clients.
