Project Coordinator Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all on-site activities, with a focus on EICA (Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation) and mechanical installations.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with project delivery and commissioning on an ongoing basis, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and improve project communication and performance within project and construction teams, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
- Contribute to resource planning and strategy during bid stages, leveraging expertise to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement Construction Phase Health & Safety plans, prioritizing employee well-being and compliance.
- Oversee EICA and mechanical installation, liaising with both internal and external project managers to ensure efficient execution.
- Develop programmes, Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS), lifting plans, and project quality plans, driving quality and safety standards.
- Review and approve site construction RAMS provided by subcontractors, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Manage subcontractor on-site activities and coordinate site acceptance testing (SAT) as required, promoting a collaborative environment.
- Provide weekly project reporting, including program progress and change of scope requirements, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure site construction meets design and quality standards through regular audits and inspections, upholding the company's reputation.
- Supervise and develop the construction team, including mentoring and training, empowering employees to reach their full potential.
**Salary:** £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
**Requirements:
- Certifications: Confined space training (medium risk minimum), Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS (5-day course completion), First Aid at Work training, Temporary Works Coordinator/Supervisor certificate.
- Experience: Strong background in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering, Experience in safety management controls for construction works, Understanding of NEC forms of contract (preferable).
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload efficiently, Valid UK Driving License is essential.
