About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Retail Insights Leadership professional to join our team at Vertex Resourcing. As a key member of our Retail Insights team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4 and delivering best-in-class shopper-based insight solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 4 in delivering shopper-based insight solutions
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet client expectations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail insights leadership, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
